What is CyberLandr?
One Vehicle. Endless Possibilities. With CyberLandr you are prepared for nearly any adventure—urban or wilderness. CyberLandr is not an RV in the traditional sense, but rather it transforms the Tesla Cybertruck into a lifestyle vehicle in that it is equally adept at urban and wilderness adventures. For example, it works as well for urban adventures like children’s sporting tournaments and tailgate parties as it does for camping in areas most RVs can’t reach. It’s collapsible design makes it aerodynamic so it has a minimal affect on range. It can also fit in a single parking space, a garage, or traverse a drive-through. Finally, you can take a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and office anywhere and everywhere you go.
Can Cybertruck be moved with CyberLandr deployed?
No, for safety reasons it is illegal in many jurisdictions to occupy an RV while it is moving. Consequently, CyberLandr must be stowed completely before Cybertruck can move.
How does CyberLandr handle black water?
CyberLandr doesn’t have black water or a black water tank, eliminating arguably the worst thing about a traditional RV. Instead, CyberLandr has a dry-flush toilet that uses a long bag to isolate waste, and each flush twists and seals the bag to contain odors and ensure there aren’t any spills while traveling. Each bag is good for 12-15 flushes, then you lift the lid to find the flushing bag sits inside a large garbage liner. You lift the garbage liner and twist it closed, and then you can dispose of the bag in any trash bin—just like you would a used diaper (be sure to use a trash bin that can’t be accessed by animals). This system ensures there are no bad smells, messy drain hoses, or rubber gloves needed.

Can the Cybertruck trailer hitch still be used when CyberLandr is in the bed/vault?
Yes, CyberLandr occupies only the vault (bed) of the Cybertruck so you still have access to the hitch. CyberLandr is relatively light and should use less than half of the Cybertrucks 3,500 lb capacity so you can still load plenty of people, gear, and trailer tongue weight before reaching the Cybertruck’s limits.

Can I still tow a trailer with CyberLandr installed?
CyberLandr occupies only the vault (bed) of the Cybertruck. You are free to use the Cybertruck tow hitch for clever attachments or for trailers. CyberLandr is relatively light and should use less than half of the Cybertrucks 3,500 lb capacity so you can still load plenty of people, gear, and trailer tongue weight before reaching the Cybertruck’s limits.
Do I need to buy plates and silverware?
No, rather than use a traditional first-come, first-served delivery approach we plan to instead have each customer’s CyberLandr ready when their Cybertruck is ready.
What is the selling price of CyberLandr?
The current selling price for CyberLandr is $54,995.
Can CyberLandr be removed?
Yes, CyberLandr™ is designed to be removed and reinstalled using an optional dolly/rack.

What is CyberLandr’s plan for service centers?
CyberLandr is made using premium, durable materials and is designed for very low maintenance and many items will be user-serviceable. However, since no product is perfect nor will it last forever, we are working with third parties to provide a nationwide network for service and support. We may also provide mobile service that comes to you. More information will be provided as we get closer to production.
Is CyberLandr available outside North America?
Our goal is to make CyberLandr available everywhere Cybertruck is available—if there sufficient demand to justify certification for the local regulations. Tesla has hinted that Cybertruck will only be available in North America at initially. However, anyone can purchase a CyberLandr and make their own arrangements to have it imported/shipped to their preferred location.
Where do the mountain bikes and skis fit?
The best and safest place for bikes, skis, and other large items is on an appropriate rack. We anticipate there will be many options available from 3rd parties for Cybertruck.
What is the weight of the CyberLandr?
Estimated weight is approximately 1,500 lbs (680 kg).
Does the weight of CyberLandr affect the range of the Cybertruck?
Yes, weight affects the range of all vehicles. However, weight carried inside a vehicle has almost no affect on aerodynamics so the range reduction is relatively minor. And the range of Cybertruck depends on many factors - speed, temperature, incline, air density, etc. We estimate the range reduction at typical highway speeds to be around 5%.
How much insulation does CyberLandr walls provide?
CyberLandr will be surprisingly well insulated and thermally efficient for walls that are so thin and strong. More details will be provided at the official unveiling.
Will it be possible to upgrade the amount of the deposit as more information and features are released and demonstrated?
We are considering doing that as a one-time option before production begins and after the specifications are finalized.
How many watts does the solar array put out?
Our goal remains to have 500w of solar, but our focus has been on providing a solar solution that provides the most usable rather than theoretical capacity. For example, some panels with just 10% of the panel shaded will produce almost no electricity while others still produce close to 90%.
Can you deploy or stow CyberLandr when there’s snow or ice on it?
Yes, except in extreme cases where snow is very deep and heavy or ice is thick. In these extremes you may need to remove some of the snow/ice before deploying CyberLandr.
Is my reservation deposit refundable?
Until your CyberLandr purchase is finalized, you may cancel your pre-order reservation at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund of your Pre-Order Reservation Payment. We will ask you to finalize your purchase when we are ready to build your CyberLandr and the final production specifications are complete.
Does the price include a Tesla Cybertruck?

Do the windows open?
Yes, they open awning-style you can get fresh air even while it is raining.
Can the dry-flush toilet be removed?
Yes. The dry flush toilet is free standing so you can remove it from the bathroom to shower, or replace it with a composting or cassette toilet if that is your preference.
Can I stow sports gear in the CyberLandr?
In order to have a camper with minimal aerodynamic drag so that Cybertruck can have maximum range, CyberLandr occupies almost the entire bed/vault leaving little room inside for storage besides the kitchen drawer and refrigerator. Remember, however, that Cybertruck will have a large frunk where the engine would be in a traditional pickup, and that it also has a very large cab. If additional storage space is required, many third parties are developing accessories from luggage/ski/kayak racks to hitch-mounted cargo carriers/bike racks/etcetera.
What does CyberLandr do to help me get over range anxiety in the wilderness?
CyberLandr has an integrated solar panel to help offset the power your adventure. Any power generated that isn’t needed during the day should be able to charge Cybertruck’s battery for use later or to extend range. The CyberLandr app will help you monitor and control your power usage, but in all but extreme weather conditions you will likely be surprised how little electricity CyberLandr uses compared to driving at highway speeds. Also, keep in mind that you can generally double the range of an electric car by driving 40 mph instead of 70 mph so a Cybertruck with a 350 mile range should be able to travel close to 700 miles at 40 mph. Also, keep in mind that you do not need to charge at a Tesla SuperCharger, but can instead charge anywhere there is electricity if you have the correct adapter for the recpticle (it just takes longer to charge).
Are you designing CyberLandr based on a Cybertruck prototype?
Yes, we have continued to adapt and refine our design based on the latest Cybertruck prototypes and we now have high confidence that our specifications are very close to the production Cybertruck.
When will the CyberLandr prototype be completed?
There have been many prototypes and there will be many more before we ship. We will share info about some of those with the CyberLandr community (reservation holders). And we will unveil the final production prototype publicly before production begins.
Does Cybertruck's body have to be modified to accommodate the CyberLandr?
No, CyberLandr attaches to Cybertruck’s attachment points.
Will CyberLandr be suitable for renting to others like in an AirBnB property?
We have received many requests to provide the ability to rent, or rent-out CyberLandr via the CyberLandr app. We will try to accommodate those requests in the future once there are enough CyberLandrs available for this service to make sense.
Does CyberLandr have a leveling feature?
CyberLandr doesn't need a leveling capability because the Cybertruck can do this using its onboard air suspension system.
How durable will CyberLandr be?
CyberLandr is built to last and have minimal maintenance so you can focus on your adventures. It will also have one of the best warranties in the industry to back that up. We use premium materials designed to minimize the amount of labor and maintenance. For example, our kitchen countertop is made of porcelain so that it can take decades of use and still look new and be easy to clean.
How tall will CyberLandr be when fully deployed?
We are waiting on Tesla's final specifications so we can provide more accurate specifications ourselves. However, I would estimate the height to be just under 11 feet at the front peak. So it should comfortably fit fully deployed under most RV carports since RVs can legally be up to 13'6" high and most RV carports are 14' high to accommodate the legal limit.
Will CyberLandr be available in Australia?
We love Australia and your Overlanding culture and very much want to be a part of it. We will try to make CyberLandr available in Australia soon after Cybertruck is available, provided there is sufficient demand to justify the cost of compliance with local regulations.
How Do I Reset My Password?
We use a passwordless system to allow you access to your account. The responding email sent to you will include a button to access your account. This is more convenient and safer than traditional usernames and passwords, and will be adopted by many tech-savvy companies in the near future.
Will there be heating and cooling inside the CyberLandr?
Yes, CyberLandr provides both heating and cooling that can be controlled from the app or using voice commands.
How does the dry-flush toilet work?
Dry flush toilets have a very long bag and each flush twists and seals the bag to isolate the waste. Each bag is good for 12-15 flushes, then you lift the lid to find the flushing bag sits inside a large garbage liner. You lift the garbage liner and twist it closed and then you can dispose of the bag in any trash bin just like you would a diaper. Please make sure you dispose of it in and animal-resistant trash receptacle.
Where do I store dishes, cooking items, etc.?
CyberLandr has storage for common cooking and eating utensils and other items in a large drawer under the sink in the kitchen cabinet.
Do I have to take delivery of CyberLandr before my Cybertruck is available to me?
No. One of the nice things about our reservation system is that it matches the Tesla approach. You are free to complete your CyberLandr purchase when you have your Cybertruck to install it into. With all of the unknowns concerning Cybertruck's production timeline, we are making it as flexible as possible for truck buyers to marry CyberLandr with their vehicle as soon as it comes off Tesla's production line. This is why we will be manufacturing CyberLandr in Giga, Texas.
Is CyberLandr shipped to the customer and then installed in a DIY fashion?
No, at least initially all CyberLandrs will be installed at our factory that is located close to the Cybertruck factory in Austin, TX. While your CyberLandr is being installed we will provide hands-on training for how to make the most of it and how to take care of regular maintenance items like changing water filters.
Can I purchase a CyberLandr reservation if I live in Canada?
Yes. We plan to make CyberLandr available to Canadian customers when their Cybertruck is ready.
Can CyberLandr be removed and reinstalled easily?
An optional dolly will be available to remove, and move the CyberLandr around. The dolly will be unveiled along with the production version of CyberLandr. CyberLandr can be stored indoors or outdoors.
Does CyberLandr have its own battery?
No, there is no reason to add the weight or sacrifice the space a separate battery would require since Cybertruck provides a massive, state-of-the-art battery.
What size is the [sleeping] bed in the CyberLandr?
We cannot provide exact specifications until after Cybertruck specifications have been published and our design is finalized. However, the dimensions will be very close to other RV queen beds at around 60” wide and 72-80” long.
CyberLandr in Cold Climates
CyberLandr is designed to be a four season RV. If you are familiar with RVs, that means the pipes are located in an insulated space and/or the water circulates to keep it from freezing. Suggested temperature ranges for use and storage will be provided at the official unveiling.
Cybertruck Mid-Gate Feature
While Tesla has not made an official statement regarding a mid-gate, it doesn’t appear that Cybertruck will have this feature.
How will users access the under-vault storage locker on the Cybertruck?
To be determined.
Are you using rotomolded tanks or bladders for water and grey water?
The tanks will either be rotomolded or stainless steel, and will be insulated or in an insulated space to provide four-season capability.
Is there a water hookup and grey water drain?
We will continue to release details and specifications as we get closer to production and as Tesla releases final specifications for the Cybertruck.
The specs say there are two water tanks; 40 gal fresh, and 20 gal grey. Is there also a hot water tank?
Those are virtual tank sizes not actual tank sizes. The actual tank sizes are smaller because the shower water is recirculated to conserve water, so the gray tank can be smaller and the fresh tank is effectively much larger. Hot water is produced on-demand.
Is the filtered grey water returned to the fresh water tank?
We will provide additional details when the production version is unveiled.
Where do we store the camping gear?
Most of the traditional camping gear is built-in, eliminating the need for propane, water containers, folding chairs, etc. CyberLandr also has a small fridge—best to stock it ahead of time, so the food stays fresh and doesn’t need additional storage space. Dishes and cooking utensils are stored in the under-sink cabinet. The chairs all fit inside the CyberLandr even when it's collapsed and can be used outside as well. The TV fits inside the CyberLandr. Cybertruck has a large frunk where the engine would be in a traditional pickup. This provides lots of space for additional gear. Larger items like bikes, paddle-boards, skis, etc. can go on a trailer hitch rack or roof-mount rack.
Can the CyberLandr™ be removed and reinstalled easily?
